Aldus will endeavour to provide the most suitable delivery solution for your products.

Next Day Despatch

Next day despatch for items in stock for orders received prior to 3pm

  • You will be notified by email when your order is despatched
  • All orders are subject to availability.

Returns

Aldus consumables and parts will be accepted for credit provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.
To return goods, customers must first ring Customer Care on 1300 721 777.
Customer Care will then provide you with a credit reference number to be referenced on the returned goods documentation.
Customer Care will also advise on the best freight method for the return and depending on the nature of the return the payment of this freight.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for consumables and parts.

In the event Aldus ships any product that is defective, we will repair or replace under the terms and conditions of our applicable warranty policy.
