The Videojet 1650 Ultra High Speed Continuous Inkjet printers have been designed based on over 40 years of experience in in high-speed coding in the beverage industry. The 1650 UHS operates at the extremes of packaging line speed and delivers the coding throughput you require while also delivering on advanced functionality to help improve your business.
Code Assurance features help eliminate common coding errors by providing operators the ability to input the correct code on the correct product, every time. Printer Availability and Operational Availability are displayed on the On-board Productivity Tools display, providing operators and line managers the ability to review data to discover technical and operational causes of unplanned downtime. For ease of use, the data is presented in a logical and intuitive way to facilitate operators taking corrective actions and maximise productivity. This is made possible the 1650 UHS enables operators to quickly and effectively identify the root cause of downtime.
