Videojet 7440 fiber laser features the Lightfoot marking head, the most compact fiber laser marking head on the market. This laser marking system was developed to meet the needs of manufacturers working within small spaces.
The laser marking system has a head that weighs less than 1kg/2.2 lbs, making it the smallest and lightest printhead in the market. It was designed for versatility in tight spaces and easy integration with complex machinery/production lines.
Its benefits include:
- A versatile system that is fast to set up.
- Mounting bracket makes it easy to adjust the fiber laser marking head, leading to faster set-up and repositioning of the laser head.
- Virtually no consumables required.
- A pilot beam-based focal alignment installation process, for an easier, faster and more precise installation.
- Familiar, easy-to-use Videojet interface for operators on your production line, giving them the ability to easily control the 7440 fiber lasers.
- Ability to use Videojet Touch Control Software (TCS+) for remote control purposes via the 10” tablet-like touchscreen or from compatible browser-based devices.
- As an alternative user interface, the advanced Videojet CLARiTY™ laser controller is also available. This features an intuitive touchscreen that will look familiar to users of other Videojet marking and coding solutions.
