IP DataFlex Plus thermal transfer overprinters for washdown applications.
As the name suggests, the Videojet IP-Rated DataFlex Plus thermal transfer overprinter is IP65 rated. It is the perfect solution for flexible film coding applications where washdown procedures take place after production is complete. The IP DataFlex Plus can remain in place during washdown therefore minimising preparation time while maximising uptime. Other benefits also include:
- 300dpi print resolution for consistent high quality print and coding flexibility.
- Complete control over ribbon movement and tension via a patented software controlled ribbon drive.
- Prints codes up to 53mm wide at speeds up to 400 packs/min.
- Intuitive and simple to use by operators.
- 1200m ribbon length and 0.5mm print gap for less frequent ribbon changes.

- Advanced coder software virtually eliminates code set-up errors.
- Clarisoft® code design software to minimise costly production rework associated with incorrect printed dates and missed codes.
